Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.  Being late may be unavoidable and we try to accommodate every client. However, depending on your scheduled treatment, we may have to shorten or reschedule your service for another date and time.  Depending on how late you arrive we can determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment.  Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given you will be responsible for the full session. Please call as soon as possible at (603) 502-8731 if you will be delayed for your appointment.

If you are unable to keep an appointment, kindly give 48 hours notice. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment. Less than 48 hours notice you are subject to 100% of the treatment cost. Anyone who forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for any reason will be considered a ‘no-show’ and will be charged 100% of the service/services missed.

Product Returns

Product returns are accepted 7 days unopened or in the case of a true medical allergic reaction (breakouts are not considered an allergic reaction).

Refusal of Service

Skin 2 Envy, LLC reserves the right to refuse service to anyone.
